A major supporter, board member, close friend and powerful woman who is all too familiar with traumatic situations when it comes to having a child, Susan Moulton and The Will Smith Foundation was the first foundation to step forward with $150,000 donation to name our Inclusion playground after her son who died here on Maui, Will Smith.

Who: The Will Smith Foundation

What: The Will Smith Foundation is the product of a little boy’s legacy of love and generosity. The Will Smith Foundation is dedicated to researching, assessing, funding and monitoring exceptional children’s charities. This year TWSF has hosted events around the world including: 4th Annual Quest For Hope Luau (San Antonio), Wills Water Day, (Maui), Wills Run for Hope (Maui), PiiHolo Ranch Rodeo- Kaiki Barrel Races (Maui), International Peace Day (Maui) and Maui Marathon Water Station (Maui).

When: Susan Moulton (Will Smith’s mother) has been a friend and generous donor of the Imua Ohana going on a few years now.

Why: Will came to Maui with his family for vacations. Susan has since kept his connection to the island alive through work in our community.
