2. Can you give us a brief description about the vision for your company?

With a “beachluxe” flair, HUE aims to provide our community with the freshest and most unique home furnishings and interior design on Maui. Perfect for a modern island lifestyle, HUE’s style focuses on bolder colors, contemporary patterns and very non-traditional pieces that are fun, playful and funky. Our goal is to work with our customers and clients to create home environments that they love and are excited about, but most importantly, that bring out their individual style and make them feel at home.

3. If you’ve participated in past years what is something you look forward to during Fantasia Ball?

Last year was our first time participating in Fantasia Ball as an auction sponsor. The event was fantastic–so fun, electric and inspiring. This year we can’t wait to see all the high fashion get-ups (on the models and guests) and to get our boogey on at Fantasia After Dark. We’re sure this year will prove to be another fabulous evening.

4. Can you explain a specific moment you realized you needed to support Imua Family Services?

As mothers, there is no questioning our sincere appreciation that organizations such as Imua exist to foster the development of Maui’s most precious beings, our keiki. As a business, it brings us great satisfaction that we’re able to support such a worthy cause. With our commitment to creating comfortable and beautiful homes, and Imua’s to building and nurturing the children and families who live there, we think our partnership is a perfect match!

5. Why do you think it’s important to support a cause or organization in your local community?

Hawaii born and raised, we like taking an active roll in helping to build a healthy, vibrant community–one that we ourselves were raised in and in turn, one in which we our raising our own children and doing business. We believe it is our responsibility to help better our Maui community as much as we can and find great value in partnering with local non-profits, organizations and other small Maui businesses which do the same. We are truly grateful to Imua and other exceptional non-profits that provide important programs and services to our community.
